Silvana Miranda

Silvana Miranda is a postdoctoral researcher in the Immune System and Tissue Radiobiology Group, at the Biophysics Department of the GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung, in Germany. She obtained her PhD in Biosciences and Engineering from the University of Ghent, with a project conducted at the Belgian Nuclear Research Center, in Belgium. Her work focused on the investigation of the effects of the Space Environment on the human immune system.
